Once again, we asked you to evaluate your overall satisfaction with the level of service and support provided by U.S. Bank Canada during the past year using a scale of 0 – 10; 10 is best (We categorize the 0 to 10 scale as follows: 7 to 10 = Satisfied, 4 to 6 = Neither satisfied nor dissatisfied, 0 to 3 = Dissatisfied).
