Corporate Payment Systems

Corporate Payment Systems (CPS) is fully owned by U.S. Bank and is located in the corporate headquarters' offices in Minneapolis. More than 750 Corporate Payment Systems employees are dedicated to the Corporate/Purchasing/Fleet Card business unit. CPS handles all Commercial Card solutions with a 24-hour Cardholder Service Centre in Fargo N.D., which is owned entirely by U.S. Bank. We have offices across the U.S. We also have offices in Canada.

U.S. Bank Corporate Payment Systems was the first specialized Purchasing Card issuer in the world, and we are the largest bankcard issuer of Corporate (T&E) cards in the world. Also, U.S. Bank is among the four largest Visa/MasterCard merchant acquiring banks.
