We understand our clients' needs and are committed to providing a broad spectrum of training materials that meet our clients' requirements. From electronic self-study programs to instructor-led courses, U.S. Bank empowers our clients to get the most out of their payment program. Electronic Self-study Program Our exclusive, Access® Direct web-based training system provides our clients with the convenience of on-demand Internet accessibility. This electronic training aid consists of individual component overviews and online, printable user manuals. Our dynamic web-based training environment enables clients to utilize the system as both an orientation and ongoing reference tool. Instructor-led Training The second leg of our blending training approach is our Access Direct instructor-led training program. Instructor-led sessions walk clients step-by-step through more complex functionality. Clients are able to ask questions as they go and benefit from the interaction with other participants. To participate in our Access Direct online instructor-led sessions;
you will need a PC with a browser, access to the Internet and a telephone
with mute capability! As you take part in the discussions with the trainer
